The Art of Selling Popcorn: Prologue
I arrived from Berlin Circus Festival this week. Super hot both on and off stage. Now back in a sunny Stockholm thinking about how to integrate office hours with sleep without losing capacity.
I recently realized that SdVVVorks would greatly benefit from a deep understanding of the art of selling popcorn. I've been a part of the circus field since I was a kid but it wasn't until a few months ago I got to consider popcorn as a joy sparkler for real. It happened in the meeting with the stunning artist duo wiklundwiklund as they proposed 7 ceramic popcorns with gilded kernels as a collaboration with SdVVVorks. All of a sudden I understood that this is my chance to get deeper into understanding the backbone of the circus economy. Since we want to sell out this collection (without selling out) I feel an urge to deepen my understanding for the art of selling popcorn from the best.
In the upcoming VVVhatever VVVorks podcast I will discuss this matter with Trolle Rhodin, who according to results from major search engines speaks nine languages, plays 15 instruments, lives in a caravan year-round and wears a hand-stitched suit with 3,000 sparkling crystals at work. Trolle runs circus Brazil Jack. And he should know about this. I met with Trolle in his circus tent as they were just ready with the setup in Stockholm.

Hypersub
In the beginning of this year I saw someone posting about Hypersub on Warpcast. I instantly appreciated the idea that one could subscribe to a creator to get a bunch of whatever was being created. In some cases it's a little bit like subscribing to someones computer desktop or project folder, with a notification as soon as a new file has been created. A good way to get to know a bit more about what it's all about is to subscribe to the hyperactive podcast.
Talking about zip releases you should also check this one out:
The VVV podcast is out on Tuesday and this newsletter will be back in a week. Share it with frens and support vvvhatever this is!
All the best,
